Location: Carlow, Kilkenny and Wicklow

Description: KTL carry out refurbishment and energy upgrade works to the housing stock of Carlow, Kilkenny and Wicklow County Councils on an ongoing basis. Over the past 10 years KTL have completed these works to approximately 400 houses in these counties.
